They are developing the Hanczar Snowless Sled. It features a wooden seat that sits atop a steel frame and fast wheels. It does not feature brakes or any kind of steering mechanism. Add that together and the Snowless Sled strikes us as both a fun concept and a sure fire way to get hurt.
