Who says that a pre-packaged single-serving meal bought in a grocery can’t taste good? And look good? And be good for you? Meals From Scratch aims for that trifecta with its line of meal packages.
Each meal contains perfectly measured prepped ingredients. The sauces have already been concocted. The vegetables have already been washed and chopped. The grains have already been pre-cooked. All you have to do is spend 15 minutes mixing and heating it all up.
On the Meals From Scratch menu: red Thai curry, Moroccan chicken tagine, crayfish pasta and a chicken Jambalaya. At the time of writing these tasty single servings sadly were only available in London, either at select grocery stores (eg. Budgen’s, Slefridges & Co) or via online order.
