Is your car garage so cluttered that it doesn’t have space for, you know, a car? Here’s a do-it-yourself sliding storage system for garage ceilings may help. Designed by The Family Handyman magazine, the system relies on reinforced plastic totes suspended from the ceiling. (Using reinforced plastics key if you don’t want things to go horribly wrong). The totes are hung on plywood strips allowing them to slide back and forth. Label the contents of each tote on its side or underneath and finding your Christmas ornaments will never be difficult again.
